Nature's Gate Hemp Nourishing shampoo and conditioner. It's sulfate-free so it won't strip your hair of its natural moisture or do any further damage to your hair. I've been using it for about 5 months and my hair is not nearly as dry and frizzy as before.

Check out L'Oreal's damage erasing balm. I've been using it to keep my hair manageable while I grow it out to my natural color. My ends are really dry and damaged from overprocessing. I also use the matching shampoo and conditioner. I forget the exact name of the line but I think its something along the lines of 5-in-1 treatments. They have a whole bunch, but its the one that has yellow lettering.

Idk about which exactly but to help with moisture try coconut oil! It's lovely for so much!

^ Yes! Coconut oil is wonderful for hair, and extra-virgin olive oil. And I know this sounds gross, but egg whites are good too because they're very rich in protein. Sorry to stray off the topic of shampoos and conditioners... :-P but there's a lot of great non-shampoo treatments for damaged hair.

This is going to sound crazy...but the newish line that Heidi Klum is the spokeswoman for...Clear. They have a 7-day challenge also, even though I only wash my hair twice a week (because it is so dry) I noticed a different almost immediately. Also, cleansing shampoos are great too (like WEN). Sally's has one that I've used for months, Hair One, just as good as WEN and a third of the price.
