I think you do a transfer like you would do with a temporary tattoo. paint a base color then wet the newspaper and peel off then seal with a top coat. I think but I'm not completely sure. good luck!

Paint your nails a light grey or really whichever color you want, but a lighter color works best. let the polish dry completely. Cut out the comics or newsprint you want closer to the size of your nail. then, one finger at a time, dip your nail in rubbing alcohol for about 20-30 secs, then immediately press the newsprint onto your nail and leave for 30 secs. be careful not to move it around too much. remove the newsprint and do a top coat once all your nails are done. voila!

I did them accouple of weeks ago I got vodka and soaked my nail in after painting if for around 2 mins then pushing the newspaper onto it. There are tons of tutorials on youtube about it.

1. Put on nail polish and let dry.
2. Dip fingernail in alcohol-basically any will do, vodka is suggested.
3. Press a strip of newspaper big enough to cover the whole nail on to your alcohol soaked nail.
4. Pull off slowly.
5. Paint top coat.
