I know it's good for your hair and would work as a leave in conditioner but I'm not sure how much to use, I have medium left hair that isn't very thick... help! :)

I use it and it makes my hair baby soft! I have a thicker texture of hair and I use about a quarter size. You can probaly use a pea, nickel or dime size and should be fine because oil is thick and spreads. Hope I helped :)
