Winged liner would be gorgeous on you. My older sis has your eyes and she looks stunning with winged liner.
Your eyebrows... Don't touch them. They look really good and natural in the picture. I normally put foundation on and undereye concealer and brightened because I have really bad dark circles. The lip color I think would suit you is something along the lines of subtle lip stain like a peach pink or wine red.

brows- leave them alone
lion color- light pink gloss (ulta beauty bubblegum beautiful color) a
foundation&concealer- I just use Concealer but it all depends on what type of skin you have.
