I've seen this airbrush system at Sephora before (but they don't sell it there anymore). It looks amazing, my friend tried it and it really seems to work well. Do you think it's worth buying? It's so expensive.

How expensive is it? You may be better off getting an airbrush and compressor from a supply store like Harbor Freight. I went to school for special effects and for some of my classes recommended an airbrush for a variety of things like painting things we made, airbrush illustration, airbrushed foundation and for body painting. I believe my compressor was $70. I'm not 100% sure how much the airbrush was. I initially bought a set of 6 airbrushes from a brand called Central Pneumatic for $150, not knowing that when I took airbrush illustration 2 semesters later I would be getting one. I don't recommend the set I bought because they were not very well made and clogged constantly (although that could be because we weren't using proper paints suited for an airbrush...my school did things a little weird). I like the one I got later much better. I can't remember the brand but I'd recommend Pashe (not sure of the spelling. It's pronounced "pashay") or Iwata. Iwata is supposed to be the best airbrush brand around according to a few of my teachers. But honestly I think a cheaper model would work for airbrush foundation. All you have to do is make sure you thin whatever foundation you're using with witch hazel and spray some through when you're done to clean it out. I haven't used the Temptu system but just a normal airbrush and compressor has worked for me.
Sorry if this is rambling and/or confusing lol. I hope some of this information is helpful in some way

Yes- worth it! I bought the pro version/edition because the calculations in saving (for produce) is big. I love the pod system but they are very pricey when you do the math on how much product is in them & the price. Temptu now offers a conversion kit for the pro machines- you can buy a pod gun & switch back & forth.
