I usually use dark brown eyeliner pencil because black always smudge on me and It turns out looking like a zombie lol, but I really want to try using black because it's dramatic and makes you're eyes pop more! do you have any suggestions on what's a great waterproof black eyeliner pencil? and I don't like eyeliners I like pencils more...

The makeup forever aqua liners. Once it sets.. Does not budge until you use makeup removers. Ultra soft and creamy. But beautiful pigment payoff. And their blacks are intense. Same as urban decay 24/7 liners in zero! Same thing. Waterproof and fool proof! Holy grail eyeliners for me.

24/7 eye liner is amazing does not smudge or anything. I tend to apply it over black eye liner to give a dramatic smudge free look. great under eyeshadow too.

MACs black eyeliner in Smolder is my absolute favorite! It's so easy to apply bcuz it goes on really smoothe and its as black as can be so it pops and doesn't look faded!!
