How do you do that? Like what do you use to do the eyeshadow?

Kaitlin I use resume paper and actually printed my own charts and use a stiffer brush when applying shadows and if you use a little white shadow around the eye the blending and application is a little easier :) oh and when I do the lips I top it off with a clear NailPolish so it stays or even a matte clear one then I spray the chart with this paper sealer or hairspray :)
