I have to wear the lightest shade of foundation... Andy skin always looks so pale. Is there anyway for skin to naturally look like it has some colour?

Blush or a matte bronzer should bring some warmth/color to your face :) I'm fair but you probably win lol but I like "Dainty" from MAC for blush and "Hoola" from Benefit for bronzer. Hope this helps.

I am really pale too:) I just try to embrace the paleness and just use blusher to get rosy cheeks instead:)

Use some darker face powder if you don't want the bronzed to be shimmery so it looks more natural. Place the darker powder around the perimeter of your face (around the hairline and over the jawline), then place it underneath the cheekbones (make a fish face and contour right in them indents) then go ahead and place it in your temples too, if it looks too strong blend out the edges with a foundation brush or a bigger fluffier brush to make it all come together, this look looks fine without a blush for naturally bronzed look but if you wanna go for a rosy look add a bit of blush to the top of the cheek bones and blend onto the apples of the cheeks. Will really darken up your complexion naturally, hope this has helped :)
