HELP does anyone know were I can buy Lolita skirts in London?

I like wearing lots of cosplay outfit and I love the Lolita clothing range but it cost to much to keep on buying them from different countries. so does anyone know were I can buy them in the UK at a good price?

I used to pick up copies of the Gothic Lolita Bibles and take the sewing patterns out of them and make my own! That was around 10-11 years ago so I don't know if they still sell the magazine or put patterns in them =/
I used to buy the ones I didn't make, from eBay
Lip Service used to sell some lolita-esque collections, it should be easy to find a store that sells Lip Service (online) in the uk
