Has anybody heard of the "no poo method" of washing hair? Its where you wash your hair without shampoo and instead use baking soda and vinegar. What do you guys think?

I follow the "no poo method" and I love it. Or should I say my hair loves it. Shiny and healthy.

I co wash but don't use baking soda and vinegar. I clean my scalp with a clarifying conditioner, wash it out, and then apply a moisturizing conditioner and leave it in. Its called the curly girl method and it is pure gold for my curls!

Vinegar sucked in my hair, scared to put baking soda in it a well. I love Pinterest and have done lots of DIY pins, but they all don't work in everyone.

I do use an apple cider vinegar rinse to add shine and remove build up every once in a while 😊

I suggest finishing with a cold rinse to seal the cuticle and minimize frizz.
