So I went shopping today and bought myself this eyeshadow pallet that I've been eyeballing for 2 weeks. I absolutely love it! It comes with a great black eyeliner and institutions on how to do certain looks with each color. The colors have a lot of shimmer so if you don't like shimmer, I wouldn't recommend this for you. But I feel I've spent my money well!

How was the pigmentation? I have had this issue with a Too Faced palette I have. The shadows are not pigmented at all.
