Just started wearing makeup and I'm not sure about what techniques are the best to learn. I really don't know where to start. Also what is the best makeup for beginners I only have cheap foundation and mascara.

YouTube videos from beauty gurus help soo much! Also, mascara, babylips, and maybelline foundation are good! 😉Hope this helps.

If yo don't have bad skin and youre young you probably don't need foundation. Maybr get some eyeshadow from sephora or somryhing anf some lipgloss. Or cute eyeliners.

You should spend a little more in foundation because I feel like if your going to splurge in something it should be that because your eye makeup can look super pretty but if your face is just uneven it wrecks it. I love Bobbi Brown and Mac foundation! Drug store mascara is the BEST! I love it and am a mascara junkie. I am absolutely in love with Falsies mascara. If your going to wanna get eyeshadow, get a palette so then you have many colors, urban decay has amazing ones like the naked pallettes, and they're are thousands of tutorials on makeup looks with those pallettes on youtube you have watch.
