I noticed I'm getting these crepe papery bags under my eyes :( anyone have an ideas on how to mask them a bit? I don't use an eye cream any suggestions...

Preparation H works great on bringing the swelling/puffiness of the bags. It sounds gross but works! Old modeling secret...lol
