My face has these tiny face bumps all over them and it makes my skin look dirty, like I don't take very good care if it. which is not true because every morning and every night I wash my face with neutrogena face wash. which used to work so great on my skin. now I have no clue. any tips?

I've never been dry after exfoliating. Though if you do just moisturize hella good after Lol.
