Whenever you get a smudge from eyeliner, eyeshadow, & etc, have a couple of Q-Tips on you & dip on in makeup remover or just warm water. Simply, rub the Q-Tip on the mess-up area & WA LAH! A beautifully, perfected face.

Yes, but then it leaves a bare spot.

Tealy, I usually go over that spot with whatever is left on my foundation sponge/brush from before... if I am spot cleaning at the end of my makeup routine. If I have to do that later in the day, I usually go over the little bare spot with powder or a tiny dab of bb cream that I'll blend out!
