I think it's down to personal preference. If the person wearing it likes it then that's fine :) it's well applied whether some people think its too much or not. I'd rather that than see sloppy makeup x

I think it depends on the setting and the rest of the eye makeup. Some people haven't grasped the idea that sometimes less is more.
