I just went back from my trip in Seoul, South Korea. And I really amaze with korean woman skin. They have a really smooth and clean skin. They even look younger than their ages.
I want to get a skin like them. I have combination (but mostly dry) skin with some blackspot, big pore and ance. And makeup doesn't cover it some spot. My skin also really really sensitive to skincare product.
So I just curious, is anybody know about their treatment? Have anybody have try it? And it's really work? or maybe you have any beauty trick or treatment to get a smooth & clean skin?
Thank you :)

A lot of it, no lie, is plastic surgery. They're very advanced with it over there and A LOT of women get it. My friend was offered it to her as a graduation gift, which is common, and she declined. Not saying that's true of everyone, but it is for a lot of girls.

The other majority of it is diet though. A really good diet and balance of your food groups can be amazing for your complexion. And I don't know I drinking a lot of tea helps but a lot of the women in my family so and we all have reallly clean and smooth skin.

How was Seoul? ^^ and to answer your question, there are many things they do. BB cream makes a major difference. It's like plastic surgery in a bottle. They also have lots if things you can drink like corn silk tea. I heard from my Korean friend that she washes her face 5 times a day with cool water. Her mom before she goes to sleep she puts rice water on her face. Warm milk works too.

True.. plastic surgery is big there. Also whitening your skin. Protecting it from the sun. Bb creams.

I think a lot of it is diet. They eat very healthy over there and don't consume much meat or dairy products as far as I know.

I'm thinking some diet changes would help a lot. Mostly cutting out refined sugar and processed foods will help. Also adding more water.

They use sunscreen a lot, because that's what causes a lot of blemishes. They also often have a special skin care routine with emulsion and essence.

They really takes care of their skin, and they start early too. My Korean friend uses 8 products on her face every night and her skin is amazing! It's glowing! And they use something to make their skin appear glowing or kinda like oily looking (not in a bad way), I know one and its called Nymph Aura from etude house. try to use korean brands like Laneige and Etude House. :)
