Moisturizing will help with they oil, but you don't really need makeup :) You're already a gorgeous girl. I know how you feel- about looking young. When you turn thirty, you'll still look like a young, twenty year old, so embrace how you look :) If anything, I suggest mascara, eyeliner on your top lid (pencil and then smudge), and a light amount of blush :)

If you don't need foundation then don't use it! And you can always invest in a concealer instead to help hide pimples and under eye circles. Other than that I'd just suggest some eyeliner and mascara maybe. You look very cute! Embrace your appearance cause even though you may look young you are very beautiful and when you're thirty you'll still look twenty like Janelle said!
