Rub the inside of a banana peel on your teeth or baking soda...baking soda is probably faster.

Oooo strawberries and baking soda also works like a charm! Just mash the strawberries and then mix in the baking soda! Gently brush the mixture on your teeth and leave it on for 5-8 minutes! Rise, brush with toothpaste, floss and Presto!!
