How do the Hollywood peeps get their hair to be so sleek and shiny and perfect?

Every time I go to curl my hair or straighten it or anything, the ends are all meh and the overall product is not what Hollywood peeps do. I understand they have more money, but there has to be a solution, right?

I think most of them get a fresh haircut for every shoot otherwise I use Paul Mitchel super skinny serum on my ends works great otherwise your shampoo n conditioner play a vital role in how your hair will style too healthy hair is usually easier to manage than damaged hair I switched to Paul Mitchell products and I noticed a big difference with the health of my hair.
