If the redness itches don't mess with it.. Otherwise honey is great.. As well as aloe vera extract

You can make your own exfoliant with sugar,honey,and aloe Vera extract and rub it on your face were the redness is at every night and day.

Sounds original but Sudocrem! The label even says it is for acne, and does wonders with the redness :)
