I've always done hydrogen peroxide on mine. They're normally gone within 2-3 days :)

I have the same prob. Okay what I do is first use a zit zapper by elf then I use astringent, then I take a piece of ice and hold it there for about 5 minutes. People say toothpaste works also. Rub a little bit of toothpaste on the pimple, then leave it over night. This freezes the pimple. Then wash it off in the morning

Hold ice to or a hot wash cloth and then dab some aloe vera gel on it to sooth it.

You can try putting a dab of toothpaste on it. it'll help minimize it.
