Lol I used to be the same way so pale it wasn't until I just moved back down south and its been so freaking blazing hot here that I've gotten tan just with the top down on the car. If not the sun maybe your just having an allergic reaction from something or it something to do with shaving,try Emma's coffee ground thing and see if it works :)
