Lemon juice while tanning?

If I do one if the homemade face masks that contain lemon juice, will it mess up my skin color since I've been tanning?

It might, since lemon juice bleaches the skin, I'd try a different face mask :)

I wouldn't recommend putting lemon juice on before tanning because you can burn much easier with it on

Don't do it. If you put on lemon juice and let the sun hit you out will just stain you.

I didn't mean like put it on before I tan lol. I just meant like if I do it at night. Thanks ladies:)
