I have had that before its because when you shave your legs don't get enough moisture so add any hydrating lotion right after you get out of any type of water.

I would not suggest using the Cetaphil lotion considering that it contains more then enough parabens to ruin your skin. Something quick and easy would be mixing 1/3 sugar and 2/3 olive oil or coconut oil and run it into your skin the bathtub. Good luck!
