I suggest Cover Girl 3in1 foundation! I have dry skin as well and as long as you moisturize before you apply that foundation it stays on all day and still looks nice!

Nicole: Washington is rainy a lot of the time but you get used to it. Summers are usually really nice and like last summer can get very hot. The mountains are beautiful and you should definely go for a hike to see the beauty.
