I have vertical ridges on my nails. does anyone know why I have them and what I can do to get rid of them?

I don't know about getting rid of them... But they could be because of pulling of glued on fake nails before they were ready to come off. Have you done tht?

No I don't wear false nails and hardly ever even wear nail varnish! they're naturally like this.

If you look close enough , everyone has them. I use a nail cream made gok wan which helps to smooth them out. Available in boots :)

None of my friends or.family have them like mine! mine are really prominent.
