I like the NYC liquid one as well. I've also found, I know it isn't liquid, but maybelline makes this amazing creme liner. It works wonders for wings.

I love Urban Decays, goes on nicely, stays on well, never had a problem with it. The only other kind of liquid eyeliner I've tried is NYX and personally I find it to be too thin, I have to put multiple layers on.

Smashbox limitless liquid eye liner. It has a very fine tip so you can be precise and it does not budge. I liked the one by milani but that one budges.

Milani, Annabelle (don't use on sensitive eyes it burns, but great if not) and styli are my favourites, coastal scents has nice black liner but I wouldn't use any of their other shades. You could also try a gel liner if you have trouble using liquids, gels have great staying power and are easier to handle :)
