I always wear nail varnish, I hate my nails without nail varnish. but now they are in terrible conditon! all sort of peeling and thin. I'm going to try and not wear any nail varnish for a while but is there anything that you think will help?

Opi nail envy is the best nail strengthener! I always am wearing nail polish, and I use this as my base coat and my nails have never been healthier!

Nail polish was most likely not the culprit. But, moisturize nails with cuticle oil or lotion and massage each nail bed and cuticle for about 30 seconds each. I do this twice a day and it has made my nails dramatically stronger and longer and my cuticles have never looked better. I usually do this before bed and after my morning shower, after makeup and hair so you don't get your skin or hair greasy. Hope that helps :)

Oh and I recommend Essie grow faster and grow stronger for treatments. Polish really does protect nails, so I suggest wearing at least one coat of a treatment polish and keeping nails short into they start to grow stronger and without peeling or breakage.
