Best Moisturizer with SPF?

I need a new moisturizer for summer! Has to have SPF and be oil free! Preferably reasonably priced :) Also a little off topic but what are some good lotions that will give you a tan for summer? I'm really pale so I want to get a tan :)

The garnier moisturiser that gives you a natural tan is really good! If you use it after a week it looks like you have a full tan but the next day after you first use it you will have glowing skin! Don't use too much the first time as you will have marks and it will be really obvious. Maybe that is what you want but make sure you rub it in properly so you don't have any marks. I hope you find what you want! x
