If its working perfectly fine for you then why switch? But I do understand the need for variety. Maybe you should check out the liquid formulas from MAC. I can't recall off the top of my head of the names but I'm pretty sure they have formulas that are geared towards dry skin. Laura Mercier also has a great dry skin formula worth checking out.

Foundations that is good for dry skin like yours:
Laura Mercier Silk Creme foundation
MUFE High Definition foundation
MAC Mineralize Moisture Liquid Foundation
MAC Face & Body foundation (if you prefer sheer to light coverage)
If you still prefer to use the Studio Fix Powder that you already have, I suggest you to use a really emollient primer and moisturizer as a base to compensate the dryness of the foundation.
MAC Prep+Prime Natural Radiance skin base
Laura Mercier Illuminating Primer
Or
You can spray your face with MAC Fix + after you've applied your Studio Fix Powder, to give skin some moisture and bring glow sheen on your skin.
