I want to firm my body and avoid cellulite but is the Nivea Q10 plus product good or bad?

It works only if your commited to excerise too. It doesn't automatically just dissolve cellulite you need to excerise too thats what I did.

Clara R is 110% correct on that one.

Waste of money. You will need to have laser treatments

But it makes for a great temporary fix Nara R. and laser isnt 100% either. That I find to be an expensive gamble. Endia if you want to prevent cellulite from even occurring firming up your body is best way to go.

I think making your own coffee body scrub (on top of exercise) would work better than the Nivea cream. I've tried it before and it really doesn't do much except to moisturize.
