The thing about what emma said though, is that your body needs carbs too. Make sure you're eating whole grains and natural complex carbs. I'm in no position to say anything about gluten however considering I'm gluten intolerant..

You did a good job! 👌👍 I just drink a lot of water, eat fruits and veggies, and eat only a small portion of junk food if I'm ever craving it. I just dance in my room as a form of exercise lol and I use Nike training app. Also eat like 5 small meals a day instead of like 3 bigger ones. Your body looks great btw! :)

I've this tip to control anxiety, schools stress me out so much that I want to eat all the time; so I bought some free sugar mints and everytime I feel anxious I eat one. first week could be hard but it works!

Thank y'all! Well I did boxing and cross fit for like 2 years it really helped me! And I stopped eating junk food for a. While and I left sodas!(: I also run 30 minutes a day!

I have celiacs disease too. Some peoples bodies can't handle grains, (such as my own) but that doesn't mean they're bad for you. Carbs aren't the enemy like most diet programs lead prior to believe. There is no need for excessive carbs, but they will help your body function.
