So I'm 11 1/2years old and I'm starting to think I might be wearing too much makeup. I'm not allowed to post a pic of my face, but this is what I wear:
Light to medium coverage foundation
Loose powder
Neutral and nude lipgloss
Clear mascara
Should I maybe stop wearing foundation and maybe just get BB cream? I just think maybe I'm going overboard but I usually like the way I look when I used a light hand.
Advice, please?
Thanks!

I honestly don't think you need foundation or powder. You're 11. Stay 11. Don't try to grow up too fast

I'm almost 17 and I still never wear foundation lol. BB creams can work just as well, plus they are WAY better for your skin :) try one, I think you'll like it!

Yeah maybe skip the foundation. BB cream is good to raven out your complexion though I'm going to assume you haven't quite hit the pimply stage dice you are still 11. Otherwise I think it's perfect

I don't think an 11 year old should wear makeup. If anything just wear clear mascara and lip gloss. :)

I'm glad you're interested in make-up , I am in love with it! but make-up can age your skin really fast if you start wearing a lot at a young age , you probably look beautiful with or without it. you probably don't have any acne so just wear the clear mascara & lip gloss for now. you're 11 , enjoy that young face while you can :)

Thanks everyone, I think I'm going to stop with the heavy makeup. In a irish dancer and I get to experiment with makeup a lot with that anyways! I may invest in a BB cream put I think I'll probably start just wearing lip gloss, clear mascara and maybe some BB cream :)

I'm going to start experimenting with hair and skin care rather than makeup!

I'm 12 and I wear bb cream, concealer and lip gloss everyday which is a little much for every day so I don't recommend it.

I'm 15 and don't wear foundation, I would use a concealer to cover any blemishes and dark circles the set it with a powder!

I don't think age matters much. If you have any dark circles or acne I'd suggest using concealer and maybe a tinted moisturizer if you felt you needed it. And I'd skip the nude shades and opt for a fun pink lip gloss instead of nude :)
