Try using a hair dye remover like color oops. That should take most of it out. You may have some orange left over, you could try using a soap cap instead of straight bleach. Also, adding a red-gold corrector to your hair chemicals will help:)

Make up to use a toner too! It will take the brassiness (orangey/yellow) colour out

Just go to a salon. I'm in cosmetology school and its better to let the professional handle it bc if you mess up its going to be worse on your hair, more expensive to fix and just so not worth the trouble when a licesensed hairdresser can fix it in about an hour or so.

With going from red to blonde I recommend going to a professional, that will be the safest way for you!

And also it will most likely take more than one visit to get it perfect!

Please please please PLEASE go to a salon for corrective color!! That's the only way to get it out without stripping your hair. I've been there multiple times. Once with black, 2-3 times with red. It's a gradual process. A good stylist will get you to a strawberry blonde without frying your hair the first sitting depending on how well your hair holds onto color. Red stains and is always hard to get out. You really shouldn't try to do this yourself.
