Am I the only whose gel liner smears like when I open my eye? Is it because it needs to dry up? What can I do so that won't happen? Any tips, thanks!

& I suggest you get a new liner! Wet in wild is prettty good & not bad on the pockets! only a dollar more from the one from forever :p

Part of it could be that your eyelids are oily or that you need to use a primer underneath. Try using an eyeshadow primer, even a cheap one like ELF's eyelid primer, and then see how your eyeliner fares! You could also try switching gel liners - ELF's $3 cream liner is great and when put over primer it has never transferred on me. Another good one is Maybelline's gel liner, though that one definitely requires a primer on oily lids! :)
