Maybelline Master Drama eyeliner's are the bomb! I looked at some reviews of them on Youtube, and a lot of people said they were really great. So I tried them, and they are! :) Get them, seriously, =D.

They are super creamy. But surprisingly enough, they absolutely do not come off after they dry a little. I actually tested it out. I swatched them on the back of my hand, let them sit for about 20 seconds or so, and rubbed them furiously, and they barely did anything. They smudged a little, but for how hard I was rubbing, I expected it to do that. :)

No, it stays really well. :) It's not waterproof though, so if you got wet or went swimming, it would probably start smudging on ya. :)
