Well, where do you live? I mean, there's ELF, Wet n' Wild, Jesse's Girl, Milani, NYX... those are pretty cheap, imo.

ELF is so cheap and they are constantly having sales. Check them out please, you won't regret it (: I will always buy stuff from them even though I do want some expensive products from other lines too..
