I've seen the terms "tan" and "medium" apply to the same skin type. I'd go for medium, but it's a toss up for some products. As for undertones, I tried the vein thing, but it's easier to think of what colors look good on you. If you look better in blue, green, and purple you are cool undertoned. If you look better in red, orange, and earthy colors you are warm undertoned. If you look equal in those you are neutral. I wish I was better looking at the colors of veins for that undertone, but it's easier for me this way :)

It's from Ever Bilena,a local brand from the Philippines. The shade is Scarlet. Im not sure if it ships abroad though.
