Help...Best Serum for anti-aging??

I'm trying to find a good all in one for redness, sun damage/wrinkles with good hydration as well. I have never used a serum before so do I use it on the nights I don't use the Retin-A?
Routine PM
1. Olay Regenerist Cream cleanser/exfoliater
2. Mixture of Retin A micro/CeraVe PM
(only use the RA 2 x week) due to bad
peeling.
Routine AM
1. Olay cleanser
2. CeraVe AM spf 30
3. Revlon Colorstay foundation
Thanks for any input, my sun damage/red splotiness seems soo deep. Any thoughts on microdermabrasion? I've never had any treatments done professionally, only tried 100 different products for the last ten years. Oy...not liking my skin
