Whipped. It's my HG foundation out of high end and drugstore!
It packs medium-full coverage in a single layer, and leaves a skin finish (not too matte, not too dewy). The packaging is so chic too.
Regular colorstay I find is too easily cakey and you have to be so so careful when applying it.

Make sure you get every last but of at night. I have never had too many problems with my skin just some under the skin breakouts around my nose and small breakouts around my period. After using this foundation my skin broke out so bad I couldn't believe it. Some ingredients in this product are guaranteed to clog your pores. ( learned this after some research) just be super attentive washing it off at night and monitor you skin it was terrible for me and I have never ever had a reaction to a product like I did w revlon colorstay whipped.
