What should I wear to New York? should I dress up or just keep it casual?

I like dressing up for nyc. just make sure you have comfortable shoes or sandles.

Personally I would go all out! You could wear a cute dress or a top and frilly skirt. Whatever you're comfortable with.

I'm from NYC! and live here again currently and the fashion is crazy lol most of the time its super colorful stuff. if not colorful its like buisness wear like blazer and slacks. I'm more of the classic business type but mix a pop of color. It all depends where in nyc though because it's sooo disturbing to pass by the ghetto rude areas where they are half naked... have fun girly! make sure to do a lot of sight seeing and do not miss the forever 21 in Manhattan!!! you will be depressed if you do its freaking heaven!!
