Be prepared to work for free for some time. While your taking classes it would be helpful to contact some photographers and modelling agencies to see about working with them for free. If they like you they may hire you. Creating a youtube account as a guru can be helpful in gaining some clout in the industry. Keep sending out your resume. Once you have experience you can work free lance. One more tip is to ask stores like Sephora if you can offer free makeovers in there stores once a week. This can be helpful in getting you name out and also helps promote the stores products. Win/win! Good luck lady!
