Revlon has a two in one pencil that has a gel & a pencil that I love & am using currently but I also like Milani's eye brow kit. Hope this helps.

I use the Sonia kashuk brow pencil from target I love it! If I want them darker I will use that and go over them with a darker shaded eyeshadow and blend
