NO...That top looks like a black denim...I don't think you should pair two different denim colors together like that. NOt to mention the shoes and jeans may clash...The top seems more dressy while the bottom half seems casual. Maybe get a lighter colores jeans and pair it with flats/sandals or get a more casual shirt.
