The strips Meg suggested are great but don't use them often because they could make your pores bigger.
What I do is open my pores wet a wash cloth with hot water then put the cloth on your nose. Them make a paste of water and baking soda put it on your nose and let it sit there till dry then grab a lemon and sugar/salt and exfoliate your nose. It should take off the black heads. Do this often to prevent them! Also use a clay mask. Those help as well.
Hope it made sense.
