You could store them in a chest of drawers and paint the nail colour on a sticker and place it on the top of the lid so you can see which one you want without having to constantly pour the load out.

If your artsy like me paint a cople shoe boxes a base color (red,blue,pink,purple) and put all shades of that base color in that color box and if you have colors that don't really fit into any certain color (clear,sparkly, multi colored) put those in an unpainted box
