I think you need something to open the outer cornet of your eye because the black engulfs it and makes your eyes appear smaller. try a silver liner on the bottom and top waterlines.

I'd fade the outer corner into a dark gray, because the black is a little too harsh and makes your eyes look smaller than they are.
