Deodorant; problems with pits!

I have major issues with in grown hairs and skin acting up when it comes to my underarms. Is there a deodorant or anything else that can help? It hurts a ton and my hair grows fast there so shaving every few days doesn't help but I have to shave especially in summer time..anyway can anyone help or give some tips? Thanks 💋

Usually waxing them helps with the ingrown hairs and it'll take longer for it to grow out.

I hear epilators help! It's kinda like waxing but it's a machine that just pulls out the hair.
