How do I get rid of them quickly?

I'm afraid scars are well... Scars. You can't get rid of them quickly... You can either cover them up with concealer or use certain creams that are designed to minimise scars and stretch marks etc. as for pimples, just keep your face clean and use products that target acne, such as cleansers :) hope I helped

If they are the dark spot scars you should try bio oil! It works wonders :)

For pimples use spot creams or go to a doctor/dermatologist if they are really bad.They will give antibiotic based products. As for the scars,they will fade away naturally but Bio oil helps a little. I hope this helped :)

I used to have an acne scar by the side of my mouth, started using bio oil and viola it is gone nobody knows it was even there.
